The 6061-T6 aluminum alloy tank is refilled with carbon dioxide at a pressure of 1,800 PSI and tested at 3,000PSI. Air system of the cylinder is refilled with air at a pressure of 3,000 PSI and tested at 4,500 PSI. Each cylinder is 100% hydraulic tested and manufactured in accordance with TPED ISO7866 standard to assure the quality. We also offer valve attached service.
DCEC, founded in 1962, has been in the Aluminum Alloy business for more than 5 decades, nearly half a century.
We manufacture varieties of Aluminium bottles for purpose, including of chemical, gas, water bottle, essential oils, and so on.
We acquired ISO 9001 approval in 2003.
DCEC, moreover, devoted to develop high pressure cylinder for the markets Paintball, Aquarium, Beverage, and etc, wishes to continue its leading way on aluminum high pressure cylinders.
We have acquired the approval certificates TPED 2010/35/EU mark issued for European market.
The certificate of Surveillance of the applicant's In-house inspection service is also an guarantee for DCEC to manufacture the higher quality products.
Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
