1) All products are manufactured under ORL strict fabrication procedures, in accordance with the ISO or ASME / CE / GB codes. 2) Each process is operated by professional and skilled workers, supervised by professional QC. 3) Materials are traceable, and all processes are recorded and put in Data Book. Data Book will be provided to customer together with the product.
Before sales: Boiler design, Thermo calculation, Strength calculation, boiler on-site measurement, vessel design, boiler consultancy, ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), Project fabrication schedule, etc. After sales: 1. Technical training of the supply equipment as per customer requirements. 2. We promise replacement under warranty. 3. We can supply the maintenance spare parts. 4. Regular contact / call back, or visit customers. 5. On time response to email and phone calls of your complaints or consultation.
