How to install WPC Wall Panels
Keel fixation:
1. Use expansion pipes to fix the wood plastic keel on the ground, and the recommended distance between the expansion pipes is 500 millimeters to 600 millimeters.
2. The height of the surface of the wood plastic keel should be slightly lower than the nail cap of the screw cap to ensure the overall flatness.
Wooden plastic board installation:
1. The self tapping nut should be flush with the surface of the wood plastic floor to ensure the neatness of the floor.
2. At the beginning and end positions of the floor, use self tapping screws to fix the wood plastic floor to the wood plastic keel, and also require the nut to be flush with the floor surface.
3. The joints between the wood plastic flooring should be determined by plastic fasteners, which are used to connect and fasten the wood plastic flooring.
Notes:
1. The gap between the wood plastic floor and the wood plastic keel should be left with appropriate expansion joints to prevent deformation of the floor caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
2. The size of expansion joints varies depending on the season: during summer construction, the expansion joint is about 5 millimeters; During winter construction, the expansion joint can reach up to 12 millimeters.
3. During installation, attention should also be paid to the laying direction of the floor and the isolation layer between the floor and the ground, such as specially designed foam plastics, to reduce noise and protect the floor from moisture.
Closing work:
1.After installation, you can use a wood plastic corner wire cutter for edge trimming treatment.
