2) Our Factory Production Process

1) First Our Designer Making the drawing for OEM products， CAD , 3D file, such as STP, DWG， PRO, SolidWords, customer also can send the drawing to let us confirm the sizes datas.

2)Our skill workers will make out the tooling or molds by the drawing, the mold type have the Continuous Mold, Single Mold， Slow
wire cutting technology , grinding and polishing processing technology， ect

3) Our Engineer will assembly the mold or tooling ， then adjust the mold to make it work smooth and stable, usually our mold lifespan as long as the capacity of producing 8 million pieces products .

1）First step : We can Make the drawing for OEM Products, and customer also can send us the drawing：
.CAD 3D file: the formate have the DXF. DFT. SLDPRT. PDF. STEP. DWG. JPG.STL. PRO, SolidWords ect

2) Our skill workers will make out the tooling or molds by the drawing, the mold type have the Continuous Mold, Single Mold， Slow wire cutting technology , grinding and polishing processing technology， ect

3) Our Company make the samples for customer test

If customer need the samples, we have two kind samples for your options
First kind is the samples made by tool, so it need open the tool, this kind samples are 100% same as the drawing ,if you need some small change on the tool, we can modify the tool as your requirments.

The other kind samples is manual samples by the workers, this kind samples are just 95% same as the drawing , this kind samples cost is just 95USD, samples quantity is about 20 pieces, it is can work in the test finish in a week.

4) The details department of Our Company show;
