0.75kg capacity of small feeder and drinker for pullet / day old chicks under age of 7 days. After 7 days, the chicks can gradually get water from drop-cup drinker on the water line. The height of the water line will gradually increase with the age of the chicken. Easy to operate and manage by one worker.
Chickens before 15 days old, they have very small claws. At this time, the bottom of cage should be covered with e ncrypted plastic mat (mesh is about 1*1 cm) to prevent chicken feet from falling from the bottom of cage or getting stuck in the cracks of cage. As the chicks grow older, you will be able to take the mats off in due time.
Since the chicks' feet are relatively small until eight weeks of age, the mesh at the bottom of the cage net must be sufficiently dense to ensure that the chicken's feet do not fall off the bottom of the cage or get stuck while the chicks are on top.
Through automatic winch conveying system, premix feed is evenly distributed from silo or feed room to trolley feeder,and the feeder controlled by microcomputer , to give feed quickly, stably and evenly to each feeder troughs then feed chickens. Greatly reduce the waste of feed.
For water drinking system, the water route is all well sealed to avoid contacting with air and dust, making sure water clean and preventing water pollution. The nipple drinker is designed with high quality and sensitivity of steel valve, which can ensure all 360° rotation and drinking.
By belt or scraper, chicken wastes are cleaned out of chicken house, directly into manure tank, or transported to truck by the horizontal and lifting dung transmission system, which is convenient for the further pollution-free processing. Labor saving, clean, and environmentally friendly.
The temperature and humidity condition is constantly monitored by an automated sensor, and details transmitted to PLC
