A4 : It may happen if the hair is too dry. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better.

A5 :Yes. All the hair can be dyed and bleached to the color you want except #613, but you need to do it professionally to get the color without damage the hair. Please do not dye or bleach the hair frequently.

A6 : As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We pick out the gray hair before packing, but please kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle.
