Specific Details
1.1 Driving motor: 1500W brushed motor
The standard configuration is 1500W brush motor, but brushless motor is also available, and other big motor power also can be used, such as 2000W, 2500W or 3000W.
1.2 Lifting motor: 1000W brushed motor
Lifting motor is only used for lifting the cargo box when dumping, so 1000W brushed motor is enough to lift heavy cargo. Even 3
ton mini dumper also use 1000W brushed lifting motor.

2. control system
1) Main power switch:
Prevent short circuit and effectively protect the electrical equipment on the vehicle.

socket:protected by a waterproof cover
3) Controller: 1500W brushed controller, matching with the driving motor.

3.Rear axle:Gearbox single chain rear axle type
Even this model is cheap, but we still use the strong and thick heavy load half-axles on this single chain gearbox rear axle to ensure the dumper can load 1 ton.
The main body diameter of the half shaft is 30mm, since the exposed end point is tapered, so measured from the outside end, the narrowest place's diameter is directly at least 26mm.
Please note:
Some suppliers will use thin half shaft which diameter is only 16mm inside the rear axle of mini dumper, but if so, that mini dumper can't load 1 ton, because that thin half shaft to weak to bear the weight of 1 ton cargo.
Maybe that mini dumper is cheaper, but no strong enough to load 1 ton and can't be suitable to be used on mining site. Otherwise, the gears in the gearbox will be broken.

5. Battery
It can use 5 pieces of 12V45ah dry batteries, and also can use 4 pieces of 12V80ah water batteries.
6. Cargo box--Shot blasting, plastic spraying and baking paint process
Not only the cargo boxes, but also the cargo plates, vehicle frames and control box are all treated with advanced shot blasting, plastic spraying and paint process. After this treatment, the vehicles will get good anti-rust and anti-scratch effect, strong wear resistance and very beautiful. While traditional ordinary sanding +normal spray painting can not achieve above effects.
