MDF Kit Activator 400ml + Superglue100g cyanoacrylate adhesive and activator

• DESCRIPTION : Depar Chem MDF200 MDF Kit is an adhesive set which consists of high viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive and activator.

• PROPERTIES : High bonding strength with easy usage.

• Suitable for vertical surfaces as it will not drip or slump.

• It is particularly suited to bonding difficult substrates which have an  uneven nature as it increases bonding strength by preventing the adhesive to be absorbed by the surface.

• APPLICATIONS : It is particularly used for fixing and repairing wooden parts and marble.

• Suitable for MDF, wood, chip wood, rubber, most plastics, leather, marble and some stones etc.

• Especially suitable for the applications where cure speed needs to be accelerated.

• INSTRUCTIONS: Substrates need to be smooth and have a fine connection area. Apply activator by cleaning the surface and apply a drop of deparchem superglue on one of the substrates. Join substrates and press firmly for one minute. Application temperature is between +5°C and +35°C.

  STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE: 12 months in unopened packaging in a dry and cool storage place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.

SAFETY

• Cyanoacrylates should ideally be stored in original sealed containers until used.
• Avoid exposure to strong light and heat sources
• Cyanoacrylates can bond to skin within seconds
• Do not drip into skin or into eyes - can cause serious injury to your eyes.
• Will become hard in container if not closed properly!
• Activator is flammable. Do not throw into fire. Do not inhale.
• Activator box is pressured. Do not crush or drill.

• Keep out of reach of children;

• Apply in ventilated place;

• Store the product below 40 celcius degrees.

• Don't store in the car and keep away from heat and fire.
