A hydrogen-terminated disiloxane capable of undergoing an addition reaction with an unsaturated olefin, and thus is widely used for preparing a hydrogen-terminated polysiloxane for use as a chain extender or crosslinking agent for silicone rubber; or for synthesis A variety of reactive functional group-terminated siloxane polymers are used as silicone copolymerization modification of organic polymers. It can also be used as a reducing agent in organic synthesis.
