This liquid teflon coating spray machine is widely applied for manufacturing nonstick coated pots, pans, dutch ovens, rice cookers, both teflon coating and ceramic are suitable for this machine.

Process of teflon coating spray for cookware:

Cookware inner surface coating line: load--washing--drying--coating spray--baking--air cooling--unload

Cookware outer surface coating line: load--coating spray--heating oven--air cooling--unload

Workpiece feeding zone of teflon coating spray line

1. This is feeding zone of washing machine, semi finished pans are transfered here.

Degreasing line

2. It's a preparation for teflon spraying, removing dust on cookwares first and drying them by hot air.

3. Liquid teflon coating spray machine

Whole coating process is done automatically by robot and machine, rotary table move the workpiece from one station to another. spray guns from Japan make the liquid ptfe teflon into fog type and spray on workpiece, coating is of uniformaty. Recycle waterfall collect the waste coating to purify and ensure room is clean.

Baking furnace

After spraying teflon coating, workpiece go into the gas heated baking furnace for curing and sintering, then go to another coating room for second teflon coating spray and third spray if necessary, and go to furnace for baking again.
