Specification
The main volume of the LEAO bulk cement trailer is 25/30/35/40/55/65 cubic meters. This trailer can load bulk cement, grain, sodium bicarbonate and any bulk powdered material. Loading capacity from 40 tons to 80 tons, V (banana) type, W type and dump type for your choice. Available in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys, we also support custom designs, which help to get the most suitable vehicle.

Product Display
1. The bulk cement semi-trailer uses the engine power to drive the on-board air compressor through the power take-off, sends the compressed air into the tank, and liquefies the powdery material through the liquefaction device. Due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tank, the powdery material is transported to the designated position along the discharge line along with the air.
2. External Weichai 4100 engine and Wuhu 10.00 vehicle air compressor unit ensure sufficient air pressure when the vehicle is unloading, and the exhaust speed can reach 1.6 tons per minute.
3. It is manufactured by domestic advanced technology, with novel design, strong and durable. The air bag type has large bearing capacity, fast unloading speed and small margin.
4. The LEAO integrated tank has the characteristics of high overall strength, good rigidity, good pressure bearing and good performance.
5. It has reasonable design, short discharge time, and discharge speed of 1.2-1.6 tons/minute, which improves the volumeutilization rate of the tank and reduces the residual ash rate by 0.2%.
6.The bulk cement semi-trailer tank adopts a double-cone inclined-horizontal structure, double-pipe intake, double-cylinder feeding, and its discharge speed and residual rate are in line with industry standards.
