Product Overview
Shredder
A shredder is a machine used for coarse crushing. It is generally used to process unprocessed raw materials or leftovers, and to make them smaller in size in the recycling industry. Compared with other crushers, the cutter shaft has low speed, low noise and low energy consumption.
Double shaft shredder structure:
1. The main body of the crusher: the double main body adopts high-quality steel plate welding to eliminate stress treatment/integral machining to ensure the stability of the equipment under heavy load for a long time.
2. Bearing/seal: The bearing seat adopts split and detachable type, which can quickly remove the moving knife, fixed knife bearing and other components, and is easy to maintain and replace the knife. The sealing structure can effectively block the contact of broken objects and grease, and can also protect liquid materials Bearings and gears etc.
3. Moving knife/fixed knife: The material of the moving knife is made of forged blank of special alloy tool steel, which is machined for multiple times of heat treatment and low-temperature freezing heat treatment technology. The overall toughness and hardness are consistent and can be repaired and used repeatedly to ensure cutting performance and service life. The fixed knife is installed with a hook to optimize the tool replacement function.
