Introduction
The tire vulcanizing tank, is a specialized piece of equipment used in the tire manufacturing and repair industry. The vulcanization process is crucial for enhancing the strength, durability, and performance of rubber tires. This process involves subjecting raw rubber materials or partially constructed tires to heat and pressure within a vulcanizing tank to chemically cross-link the rubber molecules, making them more stable and resilient.
Working Principle
The new stainless steel electrothermal tube sub-group N arranged in the tank wall, the high temperature fan through the temperature cycle plate to spread the heat from the back to the front evenly, pushed to the tank door, returned to the fan guide.
Throughout the tank, thetemperature is uniform and the pressure is constant, thus forming a working environment for tire vulcanization.
The tire vulcanizing tank adopts a new technology of devulcanization. Compared with traditional devulcanizing equipments, its fetures and advantages as follows:

The quality is higher;

Plastifiers, reclaiming agents and rubber powder can be put together into the devulcanizer;
3.
The devulcanizing time will be shortened;
4.
The reclaim powder does not need to be ground so fine;
5.
No polluted water will be let out during the devulcanization;
6.The devulcanizing vessel can be automatically open and close.
