Q1 Why are there water droplets inside my cooler box?
A:A small amount of condensed water in the cooler is normally, but the sealing of our products is better than the other factories.To remove extra moisture,dry the inside with a soft cloth twice a week or place a desiccant pack inside the fridge to help minimize moisture.
Q2 Why is my fridge not cold enough?
A:The temperature of the fridge is determined by the temperature surrounding the outside of the fridge(it cools at approximately 13-18 degrees lower than outside temperature).
Q3 Are you Factory/Manufacturer or Trading Company?
A:We are factory of mini fridge,cooler box,compressor fridge with over 10 years experience.
Q4 How about the sample time?
A:3-5 days after receive the samples fee.
