POWEREAGLE black RTV is an original gasket maker formulated for heavy duty applications.
It forms reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking and
migration caused by thermal cycling. Ideal to replace almost any cut gasket and
can be used to coat pre-cut gaskets to increase reliability. It is permanently flexible
and stable at temperature of between -80 °F to 600 °F (-62 °C to 315 °C)
intermittent. It is also highly resistant to automotive fluids.

▪ Gasketing of machinery casing like compressors, pumps & gear box. Sealing of flange
pipe joints, access door etc.
APPLICATION
DIRECTION
1. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, grease, oil or water.
2. Puncture the tube with cap and install nozzle. Apply 2 – 4 mm bead to one surface only.
3. Fix the parts to be assembled before the tack-free time.
4. Uncured sealant can be cleaned up with mineral spirits.
5. Replace cap after use and store in a cool, dry place.
Q1: What is your payment term?
A1: We accept 30% TT as down payment and 70% TT before shipping. Downpayment must be received upon order confirmation. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

What is your delivery time?
A2: In general, it will take 15 to 30 days after receiving the full payment. The actual delivery date will depend on the type of lubricant and the volume quantity of your order.
Q3:
Do you manufacture for OEM brands?
A3: Yes, we are already manufacturing for several OEM brands overseas. You must provide the art and design materials plus technical specifications if any, among other things.
Q4:
Can I get samples?
A4: Depending on the availability of the type of lubricant requested if in ready stock, we can provide a minimal amount of sample, however you must bear the cost of shipping by courier.
Q5:
What type of packing available?
A5: For automotive lubricants in small packs, in general, we pack in plastic bottles 800 ml, 1 liter and 4 liters volume. These bottles are then packed inside a carton box. If you require special pack such as metal can, it can also be done accordingly for which you need to contact us for more details.
Q6:
What are your delivery terms?
A6: Choice of EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF.
