High Temp. Type Calcium Silicate Products
On the basis 1000℃ YD-Standard Type boards, the temp. limit of this type is improved to 1100℃. As our paten, YD-High Temp. Type can be used for high temp. position of industry furnaces.

VH-800/VH-801 high-density and high-strength calcium silicate insulation board
It is a high-density and high-strength calcium silicate plate with a density of 800-1000kg/m³ specially developed for the non-ferrous metal industry. It does not contain asbestos, has high temperature resistance, high strength, low thermal conductivity, and resistance to molten metal infiltration. It has the characteristics of good thermal shock stability and excellent machining performance; it can easily cut various precision parts in processing plants, and is widely used in glass deep processing industries such as non-ferrous metal smelting, steel industry, casting industry, mirror making, etc. In addition to its own thermal insulation, Its non-stick aluminum and resistance to erosion by aluminum liquid have been greatly utilized.
