Product Description
Applesauce Production Line
The processing principle of apple jam is to obtain the jam product by processing the fresh apple. The processing process of apple jam can usually be divided into cleaning, cutting, cooking, grinding, sugaring, packaging and other steps.
1. Cleaning: Remove the dirt on the surface of the apple and keep the fruit clean and hygienic;
2. Cutting: the peel and core of the apple are removed and cut into small pieces, which is conducive to the release of juice during the cooking process;

6. Packaging: Processed jam can be packed by filling machine, into glass or plastic bottles, and sealed in strict accordance with hygiene requirements.
