Q:Can you provide me the free samples?
A:We can send the samples freely.But you only pay the express fee.
Q:What about the type of shipping?
A:For urgent order and light weight, you can choose the following express:UPS,
FedEx,
TNT,
DHL,
EMS and so on. For big quantity or heavy weight, you can choose to deliver the goods by air or
by sea to save cost.
Q:If the products can be printed the client's logo?
A:Yes, we can print the logo on the product.
The set up charge of 1 color 1 position is 50 USD.
We accept the logos in PDF, Core Draw or AI file.
Q:What is your terms of delivery?

Q:What about the lead time for mass production?
A:It depends on the total quantity and the season you place the order.
The samples time of cusomize order is 7-15 days. The lead time is 25-45 days.
Generally speaking, if the quantity is big, and the goods is delivery by sea, it will take two
months to arrive in the desination port after ordered.
