Non-Marking Solid Tire
High performance non-marking tires with light color or other colorful rubber compound are sesigned to operate where clean floors are a priority. No mark is left on the ground when it is running or braking, especially suitable for the application of enterprises where contamination is strictly prohibited, such as pharmacy, catering trade, textile, electron, aviation, etc. Any sizes of black resilient and press-on tires can be made into non-marking tire.
All Series of tires can be designed to Halo (or Hilo, clip, quick) from base in order to fit one-piece rim, which makes the installation of rim much easier and more convenient
. Linde and Jungheinrich forklifts usually use this type of solid tire.

6, For the need of developing new product, please offer us detailed technical requirement or mould drawing.
Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods plastic pallets or wood pallets. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded pallets after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10-12 days for one 20 foot container. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds for you.
Q5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: We have special inspection department. Our inspection group must inspect the quality and outlook of the tires before they are stocked. They must inspect again before the delivery.
