A: Yes, we are a factory, our factory name is Shouguang Shenglin Wood Co., Ltd, which is located in Shouguang city, Shandong province, China.

3, Q: Can I only order one piece for my baby? And what’s your MOQ?
A: 1. Sorry, we are not the retailer, only 1 pc order is not accept.
2. The MOQ is one 20'ft container, it is accept with mixed items .

4, Q: How can you control the quality?
A: 1. We have 3 QC persons to check quality before the shipping.
2. We accept the third party like SGS, ALS to do the goods inspection for sample or bulk order.

5, Q: Do you accept my own design?
A: Yes, OEM is acceptable, the quantity should be at least one 20ft container.

6, Q: How can I get a sample to check the quality?
A: 1. We will make a sample invoice for you pay sample cost.
2. After we finished for sample, we will arrange DHL/UPS/TNT/Fedex to ship you, but the freight cost will be paid by you.

7, Q: Can I visit your factory before order?
A: Yes, we are welcome you to visit our factory, please let us know your schedule in advance.

8. Q: How about your after-sales service?
A: 1. We will send you new spare parts together with your next order if it is broken in the transportation. Please provide pictures for broken parts for our reference.
2. When we shipping, we will put spare hardware to the carton.
