Resistant to 100 ℃ / 30min plastic boiling sterilization
It is applicable to the composite of PET, BOPP, CPP, PE, aluminized film and other materials
Product features
Applicable to Plastic/Plastic lamination structure, with resistance to sterilization of 100℃/30 minutes; with fine peeling strength.
Not suitable for lamination of CPP, PE film with higher additive content.
Good coating performance and wettability; with wide range of application.

Laminating Temperature
Normally should be set to 50~90℃. For films to be easily affected by thermo should be set to 50~60℃.
Curing
The curing temperature control on the film after lamination should be set to 50 ± 5℃ ; the curing time should be 48 hours, for triplex laminates or rewinding is possible 24 hours at least after duplex production. Pouch making has to be performed after good curing.
