Hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin:
Hydroxypropyl beta and gamma cyclodextrin are purified polydisperse products produced by the controlled reaction of propylene oxide and natural beta and gamma cyclodextrin. Hydroxypropyl beta and gamma cyclodextrin themselves are very soluble in water, and can be used for molecular encapsulation of a variety of slightly aqueous compounds to improve the water solubility of the encapsulated compound.
Application
1.In Food
