1. Introduction
The 10000L 100HL Good quality automatic stainless steel steam heating five vessel brewhouse is often used in microbreweries. The system contains five brewhouse vessels, a Mash cooker,Mash tun, lauter tun , Kettle, whirlpool tun . The cooking process is done in mash cooker, The mashing process is done in mash tun; the wort filtration process are co mpleted by lauter tank; The boiling are in Kettle and whirlpool processes are completed by one whirlpool tank.
This system usually brews six to seven batches a day. According to different fermentation cycles of brewed beer, 8 pcs 20000L fe rmenters or 1 5 pcs 10000L fermentors can usually be configured, and 6 pcs 20000L fermenters and 6 pcs 10000L fermenters can also be configured to meet the needs of various beer types.
The system also needs to be equipped with a complete automatic control system , malt milling system , CIP system , cooling system , steam heating system , air system , etc.
