Dissolution Apparatus, a
mechatronics test equipment controlled by microcomputer is provided for the dissolution test method, which is mainly composed of a motor, a constant temperature device, a basket body, a stirring paddle, a dissolution cup and a cup cover, etc.

*The machine head adopts electric lift.
*Rotary rod and dissolution vessel are automatically centered.
*It adopts 14 1000ml dissolution cups, 12 basket rods and 12 paddle rods as standard configuration, and the instrument has 2 special holes for insulation of rehydration cups.
*The speed control adopts a stepping motor, with stable operation and low noise.
*Using high-precision temperature sensor for temperature control, using dual-channel temperature sensor, one for temperature control and the other for temperature measurement, which can detect the temperature of each dissolution vessel at any time.
*With temperature control self-test function.
*Basket method, paddle method and small cup method are automatically positioned at the height from the bottom of the cup.
*With user management function, you can log in to the user account through the user name plus password, and you can set various parameters and run tests under this account.
*27 groups of experimental parameters can be preset and stored.
