Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
A1: We are a manufacturing factory specializing in the production of storage products. If necessary, we can showcase our production process to you via online video.
Q2: How can I get a sample?
A2: We are more than happy to provide samples for clients who are interested in our products. Please note that the shipping fee is borne by the buyer, but we will refund it once the order is confirmed.
Q3: What are your payment terms?
A3: Typically, we accept Letters of Credit at sight and Telegraphic Transfer (30% deposit in advance, balance against the copy of Bill of Lading). For potential clients with special needs, we can discuss more flexible payment terms.
Q4: What is your delivery time?
A4: Upon receipt of the original LC or a 30% deposit, we typically require 35 days to arrange delivery.
Q5: Do you accept OEM?
A5: Yes, we welcome OEM partnerships. With over 10 years of OEM experience, we are capable of providing custom design and logo services.
Q6: Where is your factory located?
A6: Our factory is located in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province. Our office and sample showrooms are all within the same industrial park. We are just a 30-minute drive from Yiwu Airport and welcome your visit.
Q7: What are your modes of transport?
A7: We will recommend the best mode of transport for you based on your specific requirements, be it sea freight, air freight, or express delivery. We are just a 2.5-hour drive from Ningbo port and a 3-hour drive from Shanghai port.
