Product Application
1. Bleacher floor plate is checker plate. Thickness: >3.5mm
2. Bleacher fence is steel pipe. Pipe diameter: 38mm. Pipe thickness:2mm
After shot blast treatment , powder coating steel pipe.Color is according to customer’s requirement.
3.Various pipe of bleacher can meet national standard.Use black pipes.Then powder coating.
4.Bleacher colunm can be adjusted. Size:300mm*32mm.The whole grandstand has five levels.
The first level to fifth level: each levle’s width is 700mm.
The topest level: level width is 500mm
5.Bleacher’s frame use 50mm*30mm*2mm high quality steel pipe.
6.Main bleacher colunm steel pipe diameter is 48mm,thickness:3mm

If grandstand dimension is over container size,seats will be package with plastic bags then put into wooven bags or carton. Granstand structure will packed with plastic film.
