1.What’s your MOQ?
R: Usually our MOQ is 50pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order, which will vary from your custom requirements.
2.Can you accept OEM or ODM?
R: Yes, OEM and ODM are welcome. We are fully capable of customizing any design, shape and size according to the specific requirements of you.
3.Can I get sample?
R: Of course, we usually provide exiting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge will be refunded when your order is up to certain quantity.
4.How long is the sample lead time?
R: For existing samples, 3-7 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether you need new printing screen, etc. In any case, we will respond quickly to your request.
5.How long is the production lead time?
R: The minimum order quantity takes 10-15 days. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
6.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
R: We have our own design team. Therefore, you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc.
7.How many colors are available?
R: PSM colors. Tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors before production. Or we can recommend some popular colors for you if you need.
