A: Usually, our MOQ is 1 piece, but if customized brand, we have quantity requirement in different items. We welcome new customer place a trial order to test the products quality and the sales in their markets.

A: It depends on order item and quantity, usually our delivery day is 3 to 20days after received deposit.

Q3: If the voltage and plug of your product will come with my standard?

A: It's according to the maintenance of product, generally speaking it's about 3-5 years.

Q7: How about malfunction?
A: Our technician will make a professional solution with picture or video for customer, which shows how to operate step by step. If the spare part breaks we will replace it for customer with kind of charge or without charge.
