Q: Can you do customized design and size samples?
A: Yes, besides many available molds at hand, custom design are welcome to produce.
Q: How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time?
A: When you send us an enquiry, please kindly make sure all the details such as size, product capacity, logo requirements and order quantity. If you have the drawing, please feel free to send us.
Q: Do a small order be possible?
Yes, small quantity order is also welcome, but the price is a little higher than normal quantity.
Q: Can I have some samples before mass production?
A: Sure. In order to make sure the best quality and meet your requirement, After samples are approved by your part, the mass products will be started soon.
Q: How long is your sample lead time and production lead time?
A: Customized samples: 5-7 days after artwork confirmed.
Mass Production lead time: 20-30 days after samples confirmed.
Q: What’s your payment term?
A: For sample order, 100% payment before production. For mass production order, 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery.
Q: How about the after-sale service?
A: If Any quality or other issues happens, as long as the problems are of us, quality products will be compensated soon, or we could negotiate, your satisfaction is our working goal.
