2. Details of battering bread coating line

1. forming machine:

suitable for shaping all kinds of minced meat pie, we can make all kinds of pies according to changing mould of different sizes and thickness. the machine has Scientific design,both feeding paddle and Molding roller rotate at the same time, thus guaranteeing there are enough materails feeded and the shaping pressure is uniform.

The core part of moulding detachable for adjust the pie thickness conveniently and accurately. the shape can be regular round, triangle, heart-shape, Five-pointed stars,and other irregular shapes.

2. batter covering machine:

this machine can both work alone or used after forming machine, for the purpose of both flavoring and Providing adhesives for subsequent bread Crumbs coating. With 2 kinds of battering ways: one is dipping battering, the other is sprinkling battering.

for dipping battering,  raw products will be converyed into batter, with pressure of conveyor above, the products will totally dip into the bater to guarantee covered completely. after battering, the products will moving forward, then air knife will blow out the excessive batter on surface for next processing.

3. Bread Crumbs coating machine

this machine can both work alone or used after battering machine. before breading, there are a lot bread crumbs on the conveyor belt to guarantee the products bottom coated, with moving forwards, the coating parts can sprinkle bread crums, seasame etc small granules or powder, thus the top side of products also coated with bread crumbs. and the sprinkling speed can be adjusted as you like. After breading, the products will conveyed forward into a tunnel, there is air knife to blow the excessive bread crums, and the air pressure can also be adjsuted. the stronger air, the less bread crumbs will be left; the weaker air, the more bread crumbs will be left.

4. flouring machine

almost the same as bread crumbs coating machine, if after bread crumbs, you need to sprinkle power continuously,then you need buy the flouring machine.
