Machine introduction of pillow filling machine:
Pillow filling machine is designed for the filling materials such as pillow, cushions, pillow cores, clothes, sofas and other large products. 100-150mm large models of cotton pipe diameter can be freely replaced, long and short fiber cotton, pearl cotton, broken sponge, particles are all applicable. The machine has the advantage of fast filling speed, foot control, simple operation, low noise , safe and reliable.
Machine features of pillow filling machine:
1. This machine has the function of automatic feeding cotton, and filling cotton, no need air compressor to assist it.
2. After filling into the final product by the machine, the stuffing cotton will keep the fluffy condition.
3. The machine is controlled by the foot paddle, filling stuffing is more evenly, working speed faster.
4.The stuffing filling machine has different size filler pipe, the customer can choose the suitable filler pipe according to your product.
Working principle of pillow filling machine:
Loose the PP cotton, pearl cotton, plastic particles, foam material or other fillings with a loose machine. The stuffing will be fluffy. Then the loose filler is inhaled into the cotton machine, treadle the pedal switch, and the filling material is filled into the inner shell of the product that is needed to fill the filling process by using the force of the gas.
