Details of the Cooling circuit Plugs

1.Description of Cooling Circuit Plugs :

1). Features

Enables free layout of cooling water circulation routes.
Can be fixed on any place inside a cooling hole.

2). Specifications

*Although the usable temperature range for a fluoric rubber O-ring is -15°C~150°C, we recommend that the cooling circuit plug be used in a temperature below 80°C since its O-ring is deformed upon installation.

3). Cooling circuit plugs with black rubber can bear the temperature 80°C to 110°C

Cooling circuit plugs with red slica gel can bear the temperature 120 °C to 160 °C

Cooling circuit plugs with green fluoro rubber can bear the temperature 160 °C to 220 °C

4). Theory:

According to sloping method,the O-Ring and springs will enlarge to fit the cooling circuit plugs.

5). Pressure capacity:

8mm cooling circuit plugs for over 16kg/cm2

10mm cooling circuit plugs for over 17kg/cm2

12mm cooling circuit plugs for over 19kg/cm2

6). Specialty:

1 No tapping,no rust.

2 Can be adjusted for tightness

3 Can be placed at any water path and moved accordingly.

4 Can be cooling down or heating up by water or oil.

5 Under normal operating temperature:-5~+135°C.

6 Special operating temperature:-10~+280°C .

7). How to Use

As shown in the figure, insert a rod, etc. to stop the plug at the desired place, and fix it using a screw driver.
Fastening the screw makes the O-ring expand and deform, fixing the plug firmly inside the cooling hole.
