Yes, we have a professional R&D team, so we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings.
2. What is your terms of payment?
30% deposit before production, balance 70% by T/T against copy of B/L.
3. What is the lead time?
For the new products, the lead time should be nearly 1-60days. But for the repeat order, it usually takes 3 to 30days after
received your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
4. Can you provide the sample?
Yes, we can. But the freight will be collected.
5. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
6. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.
7. Is it OK to print my logo on product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
8. You are manufacturer or trading company?
We are factory. Welcome to visit our factory at anytime.
9. What's your MOQ?
Our MOQ depends on different item. Normally, our customers order 1x40’HQ. 3~5 items can be combined in 1x40’HQ container. No less than 5pcs for each item.More quantity will receive more competitive price.
