Introduction to process
How It works:
PEX series jaw crusher is powered by electric motor, through the motor belt pulley, the eccentric shaft is driven by the belt and groove wheel to make the movable jaw reciprocate according to the predetermined trajectory, so as to crush the materials entering the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side guard plate, and discharge the finished products through the discharging port at the lower part of the jaw crusher. The crushing method of this series of jaw crusher is curvilinear extrusion type, the motor drives the belt and pulley, through the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw move up and down, when the movable jaw rises the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, which pushes the movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate, and at the same time, the material is crushed by squeezing, rubbing, grinding and so on, when the movable jaw is going down, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the tie rods and springs, and then the crushed material is crushed from the crushing cavity, and then the material is discharged through the discharge port. When the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the tie rod and spring, at this time, the crushed material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber.
