Workmanship
Stamping (2D effect)
Materials like copper, iron, aluminum, etc., are forcefully pressed using steel molds to create a textured surface, followed by cutting lines with the help of external knife molds. This process results in clear logos and products that are durable and resistant to deformation.
Die Cast (3D effect)
After engraving and casting the molds, the two-sided molds are combined, and molten metal is injected into the mold, followed by
waiting for it to cool and take shape. Casted badges are more three-dimensional compared to stamped ones.
Baking paint (soft enamel)
Baking paint is a process conducted after stamping and casting, where colored paint is injected into metal recesses using a syringe. Subsequently, each recessed area's color is dried through baking, with the color surrounded by metal.
Hard enamel
Compared to soft enamel, hard enamel features a smooth surface with slightly raised metal parts and vibrant colors.
Printing
Printing directly on the metal surface using UV printing technology allows for creating patterns, complex colors, and gradient color effects.
Printing+Epoxy
Building upon UV printing, applying a layer of epoxy resin on the surface protects the printed area while enhancing and highlighting the colors.
