1. The SPECIAL NUMERICAL CONTROL SYSTEM FOR heat treatment is adopted, with advanced performance, easy debugging and use, which can meet the quenching needs of complex workpiece to the greatest extent.
2. Can realize the quenching mode: continuous scanning quenching, quenching at the same time, continuous scanning quenching (section according to the program Settings).
3. Typical workpiece used (in the corresponding size range) guide rail, table scanning quenching, etc.
4. Quench heating and cooling water control interfaces are reserved for the electrical control system. The quenching process and cooling process can be controlled according to the technological needs.
