For winding and reeling of various wires and cables.
Structure characteristics:
1. Gantry type, ground rail moving, two columns, upper and lower casing .
2. Collar, cross beam and column adopt hipped-plate structure with neat and beautiful appearance.
3. Take up gearbox adopts hard tooth surface gearbox with large transmission torque and low noise.
4. Take-up primary motor.
A. It adopts DC motor, DC driver is EUROTHERM products.
B. It adopts frequency control motor, Drivers are Siemens or Danfoss product.
5. Winding motor adopts frequency motor, driver is Siemens or Danfoss product, winding traces take-up speed automatically. Winding pitch and take-up tension can be set on touch screen (Siemens), PLC can be connected with various hosts.
