OEM/ODM Services
Customization Process
approval, specifying the MOQ and the initial sample cost (refundable if the order reaches our MOQ). If you already have a sample, proceed to step 4.
2. You Confirm the design artwork ( If there are mistakes and misunderstandings, then revise till 100% get approval) and pay the sample fee.
3. We craft the sample according to the approved design artwork and send it for your approval.
4. Review the sample details to define the final version of the bag. This includes considerations for color, material, function, quantity inspection checking list, packaging, etc. The final unit price of the bag will be provided at this step.
5. After sample approval, we'll send you a Proforma Invoice (PI) for confirmation and deposit payment.
6. Regarding the LOGO, we can create the tooling for you if necessary, but it requires a tool fee and has a minimum order
quantity (MOQ).
Please note that designs from customers are kept confidential and not disclosed to any third party. They remain securely protected as a trade secret. We will sign NDA with you.
