About Our Quality Control
1) We always use best materials to manufacture each part of our light, and we uses the most efficient osram LED chips.
High efficiency LM80 approved LEDs; high voltage isolated Philip, Osram, Tridonic, LED drivers; high quality fans for par light and pure aluminum alloy heat difusers, high transmittance anti glare optical lenses.
2) Anti- statics and dust proof factory environment.
3) Full series of opto-electronics test machines for quality management and data control, including two integrating spheres, the small one for LED chips test and the big one for the whole equipment test; ISE technological machine, mimics the replacement of traditional lamps in a certain project. Any samples can be tested immediately to get luminous density flux, CCT, CRI, efficiency, consumption and so on.
With more than 7 years experiences of exporting business and developing of LED lights, we have developed a very professional team from research and development to assembling workshop to sales and after sales services in the LED lights industry.
