A: We are manufacturer of silicone neon strip for over 10years. Welcome to schedule online factory visiting with us.
Q2: Surmountor offer assemble neon strip or silicone tube only?
A: We could offer both, clients could offer Silicone tube only, can also order neon strip.
Q3: What is the max length do you offer for the neon strip/ Sillicone tube?
A: For neon strip, standard length is 5meter/Roll , the max length could be 30Meters extrusion For silicone tube, could
be 50M/100M per roll . client's could cut based on request.
Q4: Is the OEM/ODM production available?
A: As manufacturer with professional R&D dept, Surmountor always welcome the OEM/ODM production based on client's request.Customized packing & Production are both available.
Q5: What is the MOQ for led strip ?
A: Only a carton ( 200M) each type. For new customer could accept trial order with less quantity.
Q6: What's the lead time of led strip?
A: 1-3 Weeks based on the material stock status.
Q7: What is the warranty of led strip?
A: Normally 2 years warranty, for projects could be 3-5 years if request.
