Canine distemper CDV (sometimes termed footpad disease) is a viral disease that affects a wide variety of mammal[2] families, including domestic and wild species of dogs, coyotes, foxes, pandas, wolves, ferrets, skunks, raccoons, and felines, as well as pinnipeds, some primates, and a variety of other species.

Canine adenovirus 1CAV-1： Caused by canine adenovirus 1 (CAV-1), infectious canine hepatitis affects dogs and foxes. The virus is shed in the feces and: urine of infected animals, and dogs are exposed through the oronasal route.

Canine influenza (dog flu) CIV is a contagious respiratory disease in dogs caused by specific Type A influenza viruses Known to infect dogs. These are called “canine influenza viruses.” No human infections with canine influenza have ever been reported. There are two different influenza A dog flu viruses: one is an H3N8 virus and the other is an H3N2 virus. Canine Influenza A(H3N2) viruses are different from seasonal influenza A(H3N2) viruses that spread annually in people.

Quicking Canine Distemper Virusantigen (CDV Ag) + CanineAdenovirus Type-I antigen (CAV-I Ag) + Canine Influenza Virusantigen (CIV Ag)Triple Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test device has three testing windows. Each testing window has an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When sample is applied into the sample hole on the device, the liquid will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. If there is enough CDV Ag, CAV-I Ag or CIV Ag in the sample, a visible T band will appearin the corresponding testing window. The C band should always appear after a sample is applied, indicating a valid result. By this means, the device can accurately indicate the presence of CDV Ag, CAV-IAg or CIV Ag in the sample.

PRECAUTIONS

* For best results, please strictly adhere to these instructions.
* All reagents must be at room temperature before running the assay.
* Do not remove test cassette from its pouch until immediately before use.
* Do not reuse the test kit.
* Do not use the test beyond its expiration date marked on the foil pouch.
* The components in this kit have been quality control tested as standard batch unit. Do not mix components from different lot
numbers.

STORAGE
The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the
foil pouch. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.

* TEST PROCEDURE

1. Insert the wet swab into the provided assay buffer tube.Agitate it to ensure the sample is well extracted.
2. Let the sample extraction stand for 1 minute.
3. Take out the cassette from the foil pouch and horizontally place it on a dry surface.
4. Vertically drip 3 drops of sample extraction into each sample hole, one drop one second.
5. If the migration has not appeared after 1 minute, add one more drop of the liquid into sample hole.
6. Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.
