NP-1096 nucleic acid extractor
1.Introduction to the instrument
NP-1096 is an integrated automatic nucleic acid extraction system, which can purify nucleic acids from whole blood, virus, animal and plant tissues, bacteria and cultured cells and other biological samples. With our intelligent onboard extraction procedures, supporting reagents and consumables, this system can provide efficient, automated and high-quality solutions to nucleic acid purification for downstream gene analysis and molecular diagnosis.
2.Instrument structure
Automatic Nucleic Acid Extraction System consists of case, upper cover, sample mixing module, magnetic bead transfer module, heating module, UV sterilization device, automatic nucleic acid extracting operation software based on PLC platform and human-computer interaction control software.

Working Principle
principle:
Use the magnetic rod on the magnetic rod holder in the machine to move the magnetic beads with adsorbed nucleic acids to different reagent tanks, and then use the magnetic rod sleeve placed on the outer layer of the magnetic rod to repeatedly move the liquid up and down to mix it evenly.
