Durable Material Modern Machine
We use high-quality spandex yarn such as lycra, Hyosung. There are more than 100 circular knitting machines and 20 tricot machines for production line. We mainly use beam dyeing machine, jet dyeing machine and winch dyeing machine. For printing, we provide you with screen printing, digital printing and sublimation printing. To improve the properties of fabric, we use physical finishing and chemical finishing. In terms of fabric look and feel, we make brushed fabric, microfiber fabric, matte fabric, semi-dull fabric etc. In terms of fabric performance, we can realize the function of moisture wicking, anti-UV, anti-bacterial, anti-static, etc.

Service Process
When we receive your order inquiry, our sales manager will communicate with you about the fabric you need. And then they will send samples to you. We will provide color samples for you to confirm if you customize the color. After you confirm the sample and quantity, you can place bulk orders. After that, we will provide a packing list for you. You can pay after confirming the bulk order. And we will produce the bulk and tell you about the delivery. We have many shipping ways such as FOB, DDP, DAP,CIF, EXW.
Certificates
Wingtex Textile has passed Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® certification. You can be confident to our products. We guarantee our fabrics are skincare and safe. We can provide you with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Certificate related to your order. Also, wingtex recycled fabric has obtained GRS(Global Recycled Standard) certification from third party. We can provide you with our GRS certificate.
Package
There are two layers of the package. The inside layer is a clear plastic bag to pack the fabric roll. The outside a plastic woven bag to pack the roll.

A1: Generally it is around 15-30 days after order confirmation. For special urgent order we can help arrange within one week.

A2: Please let us know your full company name,address and phone number by sending us an inquiry. Color card and yardage sample within 1 yard are free. Freight cost is supposed to be paid by new customer.
