1. The blades slitting paper adopt thin blade technology, the thickness of blade is only 1.2mm .after
thin blade slitting , the raw edge of carboard is more tidy, no burr, Without flat tening , and the
straightness is good ,cardboard quality has been greatly enhanced.
2.grinding blade device:the blades can be grinded by two ways ,manually and automatically ,grinding
while working ,improve working efficiency.
3.creasing function:creasing technology is from French,with hard press soft,suitable for
high,medium ,low-grade cardboard,creasing without tearing appearance.
4.thin blade transmission,adopt Synchronous belt (import),transmission noise is small,long using
life.
5. electrical elements,some of them are from Siemens,Schneider
6.this machine is specially designed for small cardboard,the spacing is small between
shafts,belong to 9 shafts machine ,(first feeding paper-then slit-then receiving paper-pressing
paper), so some smaller cardboard can also through ,to adapt the current carton industry.
