Shipping:
1.Goods will be delivered to you by DHL/UPS/TNT/Fedex/Air accordingly and tracking number will be provided.
2. Normally, it will take around 3--5 working days from China to destination country. Please noted that some remote place will need more around 1-3 days.
3.Track the shipping status till you receive the goods safe and sound.
Payment:
1.The PI including the shipping cost and payment charge will be sent to you for confirmation.

A: Yes, the vector file of logo design, colors and dimension will be needed.
Q2: Can we make a debossed or embossed logo on product?
A:Yes, we need make a new mold for it, and some items can be engraved with laser.
Q3: Can we ask a sample to check the quality?
A: Yes, we offer a free sample but the shipping cost should be paid by clients.
