The flakes come in different thicknesses depending on the pressure used in the flattening process. Cooking Instruction:
1. Soak rice flake in tap water for 5 minutes and drain out water.
2. Put rice flake into boiling water and stir well for 3 minutes.
3. Drain and serve with soup or stir-fry.
