We dedicate in setting up new factories with A-Z turn-key project (semi-automatic 2.0 and full-automatic 3.0), as well as partial lines to improve the automation, efficiency and quality, with 20-50 years experiences of production technology and machinery making in metal forming, edge cutting beading, washing line, brazing and impact bonding, polishing and sanding, non-stick painting & powder coating and other metal processing.
Our services and technologies below: 1.The feasibility analysis report of project investment;
2.The whole factory plant layout and planning design, including the production process flow diagram, the circuit diagrams of water, electricity and compressed air.
3.The guide of dust suction system for polishing workshop.
4.Customized production lines, including machines, molds ( customers offer the SS / AL discs ) and tools , accessories,
consumables and supporting equipment.
5.Trial production to achieve the requested final finish samples before shipping ( customers offer the SS / AL discs ) .
6. 1st training and assessment of machines operation and maintenance for production manager, supervisors and engineer ( optional: buyers cover the cost ).
7. Installation, debugging and training at buyer's factory (responsible sales engineer take charge on-site ).
8. Industry top machines manufacturing capability and finished products processes technology R & D, with our own property, total
more than 600 stuffs and more than 120 technicians in our factories.
