Desktop Hot Melt Glue
1. The new guided return flow device (safety valve) regulates pressure and flow more accurately and stably.
2. Frame-type fuselage structure makes installation and maintenance simple and fast.
3. The double-layer penetrating Teflon anti-carbonization coating in the melting tank and the progressive fin-shaped heating bottom layer improve the sol efficiency.
4. The double-layer filtration of the flow channel of the fuselage effectively prevents iron filings and debris from entering the glue channel and prevents the flow pump from getting stuck and damaged.
5. Precision metering pump ensures the stability and continuity of glue output.
6. Intelligent PID constant temperature, timed automatic switch on and off for preheating, one-click heat preservation, and reminder to add glue when the glue level is low.
7. Heating wire and K-type universal thermocouple imported from the United States, quantitative glue dispensing, and automatic glue spray compensation for the glue amount of the encoder.
