About the direction of the lock,all residential locks are avaliable with left or right side direction adjustable. 2. What about your warranty service? We have 2 year warranty.During this time, if you have any quality problems, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement. 3. What should I do if I do not know how to use the device? We provide detailed manual and installation videos. Before installation, you can learn how to install it by reading the manual. 4. How long does the battery life can be last? and what can I do, if the battery is low or dead? The battery of the Automatic lock is 4200mAh rechargeble lithium ,4 people family normal using can be last 4-6 months after full recharged,You can recharge the battery repeatly when the lock remind you the power is low, but please do not use the fast charging.
