Introduction of
concrete pump:
Concrete pump is a widely used concrete pumping equipment. Daswell concrete pump is an S-tube valve drag pump. Mainly used for concrete construction of railway and highway tunnels, bridges and culverts, hydropower, mines, high-rise buildings and other projects.
Advantages of concrete pump:
1. The hydraulic oil tank and steel pipe are pickled and phosphated; the rubber hose and valve block are specially cleaned to ensure that no impurities are left. The equipment failure rate is lower and the service life of the system is longer.
2. Valve block and valve group hose: The whole machine valve group, fuel tank and oil pipeline are cleaned with high pressure diesel oil; the oil quality is cleaner, the failure rate of hydraulic parts is lower, and the service life is longer.
3. Hydraulic oil: genuine hydraulic oil; debug the water for 8 hours, divide the pressure into high, medium and low pressure sections to ensure the stable operation of the whole machine.
4. Accumulator: Equipped with an accumulator, with a current compensator, which has a certain compensation effect when the voltage and current are unstable.
